Mango Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped ripe mangoes
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
2 to 3 cups water
Directions:
In a blender, combine the chopped ripe mangoes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Add 2 to 3 cups of water to the blender, depending on your preferred consistency and sweetness. Blend again until well mixed.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp or fibers, ensuring a smooth lemonade.
Refrigerate the mango lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the mango lemonade over ice and enjoy!
